A kimono-inspired set created in collaboration with creative collective HESO [https://heso-cha.com]
While featuring a dragon motif, the design—rendered with HESO's signature soft touch—evokes a distinctly Japanese aesthetic while maintaining an effortlessly wearable feel for everyday life.
We commissioned dyeing and weaving specialist Maruman to transform this design pattern into jacquard fabric, creating the finest bolt of cloth – luxurious yet light and soft.
A subtle touch of lurex thread is woven in, so upon closer inspection, it shimmers here and there like dragon scales.
As a set comprising a samue top and high-waisted trousers, the pieces can naturally be worn separately.
When worn together, fasten the samue and tuck only the slit front section into the trousers for an instant kimono-inspired look.
