■Change of order details

A. Once an order has been placed, changes cannot be made to the contents of the order (products ordered, delivery address). If you contact us by 12:00 p.m. on the next business day after the order date, you may cancel your order. After confirming the cancellation, please place your order again.
(Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday must be received by 12:00 p.m. on Monday.)

■Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product has not been used. Please contact us within one week of receiving your order. Please return the product to us within one week after contacting us. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after the above periods. Please understand this in advance.
