Collaboration work with Yuki Inoue, a contemporary artist who produces formative works and sculptures using salamanders as the primary motif.
This is a patterned Hawaiian shirt of a-un combination graphic from Inoue’s masterpiece ”The Various Salamanders: Hikeshi.”
This shirt is made out of 100% cotton *Takashima chijimi textile and the buttons are made out of black mother of pearl shells, matched with the color of the fabric.

Takashima chijimi is one of the traditional Japanese woven textiles, which is made in Takashima, Shiga since the Edo period.
The soft fabric has excellent ventilation and water absorption so that they’re perfect for Japan’s hot and humid climate.
