KIMO NO T, which has enjoyed strong popularity since its launch, is an excellent piece that allows you to casually enjoy kimono sleeves in a T-shirt.
Ms. Okonogi of KIMO NO T fulfilled our request to create a more feminine silhouette while keeping the signature oversized style.
By using different materials for the sleeves and body, and switching the body to ribbed fabric for added stretch, we achieved a more feminine silhouette.
The length is neither too short nor too long, making it easy to pair with various bottoms.
Goldfish design evokes the image of goldfish gently swimming inside the sleeves when you move. By intentionally using black, the goldfish appear to float vividly.
The major difference between KIMO NO T and a regular T-shirt is the wider fabric area created by the kimono-style sleeves.
Butterfly design beautifully expresses butterfly wings in a way only a kimono T-shirt can achieve.
The printing technique is remarkable, and the butterflies look as if they were hand-drawn—truly stunning.
Both designs feature embroidery in thread matching the body color at the center front.
The butterfly reads “Chō yo Hana yo.”
The goldfish reads “Mizu yo Tsuki yo.”
By using matching-color thread and handwritten-style fonts, we focused on a design that is easy for anyone to wear.
