The brand logo of the HiKESHi SPiRiT OTO-GUMI is a crest drawn in a typeface called botan moji, which is used on the back (daimon[crest]) and collar of the hanten (Japanese traditional jacket).
The character depicted in the logo is the hiragana 'OTO' (sound) of the OTO-GUMI.
The OTO Dyed Crest Tote is made by printing the brand's symbolic OTO logo onto canvas first then dyeing and washing the canvas.
The use of dyes used to dye leather onto canvas gives this large tote bag a unique colour texture.
